HOC 470

Application:                         HOC 470 is a spray wash compound designed as a superior quality product for the removal of metal working lubricants, as well as other heavy soils. HOC 470 is an excellent cleaning compound to use in spraywash machines as well as in soak or immersion tanks.
     
Description:  

HOC 470 is a low foaming, high strength alkaline liquid consisting of wetting agents, alkaline detergents, corrosion inhibitors and waterconditioners. HOC 470 is safe on most metals, including aluminium. When HOC 470 is not rinsed off, a light rust protective film will remain on the parts. This film will serve as a temporary in process rust preventative. This film is effective in inhibiting corrosion for a period of several days or weeks.  Depending on storage conditions.

Dispensing:   Manual, or do use with an electronic conductivity dispensing system.
     
Controlling:   By titration or use a conductivity instrument, ask your technical adviser.

  New solution: Always add the product into warm- or cold water.
