HOC 851

Application:                         HOC 851 is a spray wash compound designed as a superior quality product for the removal of metal working lubricants, as well as other heavy soils. HOC 851 is an excellent cleaning compound to use in spraywash machines as well as in soak or immersion tanks.
     
Description:  

HOC 851 is a low foaming, high strength alkaline liquid consisting of corrosion inhibitors and waterconditioners. HOC 851 is safe on ferro metals only and stainless steel. When HOC 851 is not rinsed off, a light rust protective film will remain on the parts. This film will serve as a temporary in process rust preventative. This film is effective in inhibiting corrosion for a period of several days or weeks.  Depending on storage conditions.

Polyethylene containers of 25 kg.

Dispensing:   Manual, or do use with an electronic conductivity dispensing system.
     
Controlling:   By titration or use a conductivity instrument, ask your technical adviser.

  New solution: Always add the product into cold water.
