PC 72

Application:                         PC 72 is a spray wash compound designed as a superior quality product for the removal of soils including sulfurized, chlorinated, or other types of metal working lubricants, as well as other heavy soils. PC 72 is an excellent cleaning compound to use in spraywash machines as well as in soak or immersion tanks.
     
Description:  

PC 72 is a light alkaline solution, non-phosphated, low foaming, consisting of wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors (nitrite free) and waterconditioners. PC 72 is safe on most metals, including aluminium. When PC 72 is not rinsed off, a light rust protective film will remain on the parts. This film will serve as a temporary in process rust preventative. This film is effective in inhibiting corrosion for a period of several days.

Polyethylene containers of 28 and 227 kg.

Dispensing:   Manual, or do use with an electronic conductivity dispensing system.
     
Controlling:   By titration or use a conductivity instrument, ask your technical adviser.

  New solution: Always add the product into warm- or cold water.
