PC 80

Application:                         PC 80 is a indoor rust preventative for use on steel parts.  PC 80 can be used in spray washers, soak tanks, tumbling barrels, vibratory deburring equipment, as a coolant additive and as a additive in our wet- blasting equipment.
     
Description:  

PC 80 is a clear neutral aqueous solution of rust inhibitors.  PC 80 will give excellent short indoor rust protection.  The rust protection time will vary with the following factors: 

1. Concentration used. 

2. Humidity. 

3. Quality of air and temperature in storage area.  

 

Cleanability:  The rust preventative film left on the parts by PC 80 can easily be removed by any aqueous method, even tap water.
     
Packing:  

Polyethylene containers of 27 kg.
     
Precautions:  

All information concerning the safety measures regarding our products can be found on the material safety data sheets provided by us.  During manipulation of the product always wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and an eye/face protection. 

     
Dispensing:   Manual, or do use with an electronic conductivity dispensing system.
     
Controlling:   By titration or use a conductivity instrument, ask your technical adviser.
