PC 91

Applications:                         Apply PC 91 when PC 90 does not give enough lubrication.  The main application off PC 91 is as surface lubrication by manufacturing of tinned articles for the pharmaceutical and/or canning factories. PC 91 is recommended for blanking, forming and light duty stamping of aluminium, galvanized steel, tin coated steel, copper, brass, tern plate and prepainted steel.  
     
Descriptions:  

PC 91 is a colorless, odorless organic lubricating oil and 100% evaporation after 1 hour when exposed to air.  No degreasing afterwards!  If used as recommended, PC 91 will evaporate without any drying spots.  PC 91 is non-staining to all metals.  PC 91 does not affect most metals, even painted metals**.  Tools and equipent will remain clean, a big advantage for the final quallity of the finished products. ** For specific information, please contact your supplier.

Use instructions: Use: As supplied.
  Apply: Apply by spray, brush, dip, wipe- on, felt pads or rollers. 
  Storage: Keep drum closed, storage 0 – 30°C.
  Evaporation: Storage in a well ventilated surrounding, the evaporation rate is depending on the ambient temperature.
